- Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 7–14 working days of payment being received. Certain products that require additional preparation or customisation may be dispatched within up to 40 working days of payment.
- Customs & duties: For deliveries outside Spain, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
