Payment in advance is required — orders are dispatched only upon receipt of full payment. Cash on delivery is not available.

Prices, VAT and Import Charges
All prices on our website are listed excluding VAT.
Physical goods are currently dispatched from Turkey. For these shipments, Spanish VAT / IVA is not charged, because the goods are not dispatched from Spain or from within the European Union.
Import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, carrier fees and any other local taxes or charges may be payable in the customer’s country upon import or delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing before shipment.
The customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for providing any information or documents required by customs or the carrier for import clearance.
Delivery Information
- Worldwide shipping: We deliver to countries worldwide.
- Dispatched from: Physical goods are currently dispatched from Turkey.
- Courier services: We use DHL, UPS, FedEx and other international or local postal and courier services, depending on the destination.
- Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 7–14 working days after full payment has been received. Certain products requiring additional preparation or customisation may be dispatched within up to 40 working days after payment.
- VAT and import charges: Prices are listed excluding VAT. For goods dispatched from Turkey, Spanish VAT / IVA is not charged. Import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, carrier fees and any local taxes or charges may be payable in the customer’s country upon import or delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs clearance: The customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for providing any information or documents required by customs authorities or the carrier for import clearance.
- Dispatch responsibility: Our obligation to dispatch the order is considered fulfilled once the goods have been handed over to the courier or postal operator and tracking information has been provided to the customer. We are not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, additional charges, storage fees or failed delivery caused by customs authorities, local regulations, the customer’s failure to provide required information, or the customer’s refusal or failure to pay import charges. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

After dispatch, delivery times, customs clearance, import procedures, import VAT, customs duties, carrier clearance fees, storage fees and any other local charges depend on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for providing any information or documents required by customs authorities or the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import procedures, local regulations, the customer’s failure to provide required information, or the customer’s refusal to pay import charges.
Where required by applicable consumer law, this clause does not limit the customer’s mandatory statutory rights regarding non-delivery, loss or damage of goods during transport.
