Results of AquaInitiator Informational Signal Influence on Water
Sviatoslav Tarasenko conducted a series of experiments investigating the reagent-free modification of water properties — specifically, the field-based transfer of donor object properties onto water.

Experiment Objective: To record the effect of informational signals in AquaInitiator format on water.
Experiment Description: Tap water, pre-purified using a multi-stage water conditioning device (TITANIA AquaSynthesizer), was used for the frozen samples. The influence models applied were radio-acoustic analogues of donor objects in AquaInitiator format, produced using a hardware-software complex based on precision lasers.
AquaInitiators were transmitted onto the water for 5–15 minutes — in one configuration through active loudspeakers, and in another through the ISI Systemic AquaCorrection Complex of our own manufacture.
The treated samples were then immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and examined using digital microscopes: OLYMPUS DSX 500 and HIROX KH-8700.
At the outset of the experiment, control water samples — which received no treatment — were frozen and examined as a reference.

VIDEO REPORT OF THE RESEARCH
Conclusions
- AquaInitiators transmitted via sound (frequency range: 16 Hz to 20,000 Hz) or light (range: infrared to ultraviolet), demonstrably influence water — as confirmed by the appearance of various crystalline formations (indicated by circles in the photographs) in the treated frozen samples compared to the control samples.
- AquaInitiators transmitted via the ISI Systemic AquaCorrection Complex are significantly more effective than transmission through loudspeakers.
- A characteristic feature of AquaInitiator influence is the emergence of structural formations not previously observed by our team.
- Photographs taken in polarisation mode revealed the presence of a field of “unidentified” nature within the crystalline structures.
- AquaInitiators demonstrate equally effective influence on both water and metal (in our experiment, tin).

In additional experiments, the influence of AquaInitiator (Multifractal Tuning Fork) informational signals derived from lemon, garlic, cranberry, and dill was observed to impart changes to the water — including, for example, alterations in taste characteristics. In our view, this approach makes it possible to record information from medicinal substances onto water, as water appears to adopt the structure — and therefore the properties — of the donor object from which the informational signal is derived.
From the above, it is evident that each transmitted signal modifies the level of organisation of the target object, leaving a unique “imprint” in the crystalline structure of the frozen water samples. This imprint can be scanned, digitised, and entered into a specialist knowledge base for further analysis and synthesis — a methodology that has been developed and is ready for application. Our team is prepared to conduct further research in this direction.
The Scientific Foundation
Every living object — and virtually all objects of non-living nature — contains water. The organisation of hydrogen bonds, both within the molecules of this water and between the molecules themselves, determines the properties of the object. When the water within an object is influenced by any physical field, the structure of its hydrogen bonds changes — and the properties of the object as a whole change accordingly.

In water — or more precisely, in its hydrogen network — the intermolecular aqua-fragments are formed according to the principles of self-similarity and hierarchy, and therefore possess a fractal structure (fractal dimension dF = 2.28). Fractal structures are found throughout the natural world: snowflakes, frost patterns on glass, the outlines of clouds, the contours of trees, and the vascular system of the human body — no two fractal objects are identical.
Within the fractal structures of aqua-fragments, and in the supramolecular aqua-system as a whole, organisation and chaos are harmoniously combined. At the foundation of this harmony lies the Golden Ratio: 1.618 (0.618) — to which the geometry of the water molecule itself corresponds.
In the normal state of the aqua-systems of living organisms, the ratio of their organisation to chaos — i.e. their level of organisation: i = I / S — tends towards 1.618…
Water is a source of electromagnetic and acoustic radiation. By virtue of its open nature, thermodynamic non-equilibrium, and the properties of its hydrogen network, water is a self-oscillating, non-linear, multi-parameter supramolecular aqua-system — one that produces its own aqua-emissions of both acoustic and electromagnetic nature.
The acoustic emission of an aqueous medium is produced by the elastic oscillations of its aqua-fragments and water layers as a result of thermal and mechanical influences — particularly in vortex flow regimes. The acoustic emission of water is variable in intensity and broadband in spectrum, from fractions of a Hz to THz.
The electromagnetic emission of water arises from the oscillations of its dipole molecules, H⁺ and OH⁻ ions, and the unified hydrogen network — maintaining the oscillatory-excited states of the aqua-system under normal conditions. This electromagnetic emission is low in intensity (W < 10⁻¹⁰ W/cm²) and pulsed across a wide frequency range (from 0.01 to 10¹⁵ Hz).
The oscillations of water’s aqua-emissions are modulated by the level of organisation of the aqua-fragments within its hydrogen network — including the aqua-models of influence.
The existence of water’s own aqua-emissions confirms that water is a natural universal radio system.
The term “aqua-communication” was first introduced by Doctor of Chemical Sciences Valery Ivanovich Slesarev.
Aqua-communication is the ability of water to reflect, retain, relinquish, and transmit the properties of a donor object (as manifested in the level of organisation of its hydrogen bond network and aqua-fragments) or of an influencing field — encoding these properties within the structure of certain aqua-fragments of the hydrogen network, thereby forming corresponding aqua-models of influence.

On the Relationship Between DNA and Biological Information
“The information contained in the genome is insufficient for controlling the development of an organism. In this regard, the actual location of the instructions and mechanisms governing genome function remains unclear. This paper proposes that genomic information functions as a ‘barcode’. The structure of DNA represents a pseudo-random number (PRN) with classification markers — and organisms are thus characterised by their DNA in the same way that books in a library are catalogued by number. A refinement of the ‘barcode’ interpretation of DNA implies that the infrastructure of the physical Universe constitutes the processing environment for biological information. Through the PRN contained in DNA, biological objects may share this infrastructure in a mode of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), analogous to the standard applied in cellular communications. Figuratively speaking, populations of biological objects in the physical Universe may be understood as a community of users of a wireless CDMA internet network. The phenomenon of Life, viewed as a process of collective information processing, bears only a distant relationship to physics and should be examined from the perspective of engineering design methodology. The concept of DNA functioning as a ‘barcode’ contradicts descriptive scientific theories in relation to the unique functional scheme of biological information control. Acceptance of this concept would require a departure from the existing worldview regarding contemporary cosmology.”
